About the Role We’re looking for an Executive Assistant with HR & Project Management responsibilities to serve as the operational backbone for the CEO and leadership team. You’ll manage mission-critical priorities, track strategic goals, oversee recruitment of A-level talent, and maintain budget visibility across executive initiatives. Executive Support ~25% of your time ⦁ Manage CEO inbox, calendar, and communications to ensure alignment with strategic goals ⦁ Prioritize and resolve urgent matters, saving the CEO hours each week ⦁ Organize travel, retreats, and events (flights, accommodations, logistics) 2. HR Operations ~25% of your time ⦁ Lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and offboarding processes ⦁ Consistently identify and hire A-level players across departments ⦁ Administer benefits and respond to employee queries ⦁ Roll out company-wide HR processes and recognition programs 3. Project & OKR Management ~20% of your time ⦁ Track OKRs and strategic goals across leadership teams ⦁ Maintain live dashboards for HR, projects, and executive priorities ⦁ Drive accountability and ensure deliverables are completed on time 4.
