About the Role
We’re looking for a Campaign Manager who will be the key link between clients and the internal marketing team. In this role, you’ll oversee the smooth execution of email and SMS campaigns, from brief to launch, ensuring deadlines are met, deliverables are accurate, and clients feel supported every step of the way.
This is a client-facing position where excellent English communication is essential. The role blends project management, client success, and marketing coordination, making sure that every campaign runs without errors and aligns with client goals.

What You'll Achieve
1. Client Relationship Management ~30% of your time
⦁ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
⦁ Communicate regularly and clearly with clients on campaign status and updates
⦁ Manage onboarding for new clients
2. Campaign Coordination & Quality Control ~30% of your time
⦁ Work closely with Email Marketers and Graphic Designers to deliver campaigns
⦁ Approve test campaigns before client delivery
⦁ Spot-check campaign platforms to ensure proper setup (naming conventions, audiences, attribution, discounts)
3. Process & Project Management ~25% of your time
⦁ Update internal client pages when scope changes occur
⦁ Assign and track tasks across the campaign team to meet deadlines
⦁ Implement and maintain client success guidelines
4. Campaign Performance Support ~15% of your time
⦁ Collaborate with the campaign team to monitor campaign performance
⦁ Create ready-to-use campaign briefs using AI tools
⦁ Suggest and implement improvements for campaign processes

Necessary Skills

⦁ Familiarity with Gmail, Slack, and AI tools for campaign workflows
⦁ Basic graphic/image handling knowledge (jpeg, png, GIF, webp)
⦁ Strong written and verbal English communication skills
⦁ Ability to handle blunt feedback constructively
⦁ Enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented personality
