Senior Email Designer for a US Marketing Agency (Remote, Full Time, LATAM and Europe) About the Company We’re a fast-growing marketing agency specializing in B2C customer retention and analytics. We craft data-powered email campaigns that combine strategy, storytelling, and design to drive real results. About the Role We’re looking for a Sr Email Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Strategist and Creative Director to deliver visually compelling, high-converting email campaigns. You’ll bring client brands to life through thoughtful design, always pushing creative boundaries while staying aligned with proven design principles. Crafting visually compelling email campaign graphics aimed to convert clicks 3. Implementing and keeping classic design principles with high creativity at all times 4. Uphold the client’s brand standards and be ready to suggest new solutions when needed 5. Continually improving design techniques 6. Following our workflows and processes to execute efficiently Key Responsibilities ⦁ Design stunning visuals and layouts for email marketing campaigns ⦁ Maintain visual consistency across campaigns and brand styles ⦁ Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to bring campaigns to life ⦁ Implement revisions based on feedback and contribute original ideas ⦁ Work quickly by using design templates, organizing your files, referencing image ⦁ libraries, and understanding the creative brief correctly. ⦁ Organize working files clearly and consistently (naming conventions, folder structure) ⦁ Ensure final assets are optimized, QA-checked, and ready for delivery Qualifications ⦁ 5+ years in Graphic Design and 3+ years in a role designing full Email Layouts & Graphics ⦁ Strong high-volume execution skills and obsessively detail-oriented ⦁ Proven experience in graphic design, with a focus on email campaigns ⦁ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign ⦁ Familiarity with Figma, GIF creation, and motion graphics is a plus ⦁ High attention to detail in alignment, spacing, and brand consistency ⦁ Strong written and verbal communication in English (C1 level) ⦁ Comfortable using AI tools to support (not replace) creative output ⦁ Portfolio required: applications without one will not be considered Soft Skills ⦁ Organized and process-oriented ⦁ Open to feedback, quick to iterate ⦁ Able to manage multiple brand styles at once ⦁ Collaborative and proactive communicator ⦁ Potential ability and growth mindset to lead a design team Evaluation Metrics 1. Responsiveness to feedback What Success Looks Like First 30 Days ⦁ Deliver 3–5 high-quality campaigns per week, aligned with client brand standards. ⦁ Consistently follow classic design principles: alignment, contrast, spacing, rhythm, and ⦁ hierarchy of design. ⦁ Begin creating 1 email layout per week following the design playbook for layout ⦁ improvements. ⦁ Follow the company’s design and file organization standards ⦁ Communicate proactively with Marketing Strategists when assets or input are missing. ⦁ Store and tag shared files in both Dropbox and Notion, ALWAYS ⦁ QA your work meticulously, spotting and fixing issues before they’re flagged First 60 Days ⦁ Speed, autonomy, and communication across departments. ⦁ By now, you should be executing ideas, reducing friction, and producing standout visuals fast and with minimal oversight. ⦁ Handle 8+ campaigns/week with speed and precision ⦁ Navigate 3–4 brand styles simultaneously ⦁ Complete 2+ email layouts per month that enhance engagement. ⦁ Begin incorporating AI tools (with approval) to boost ideation or variations, not final ⦁ delivery. ⦁ Implement time-saving techniques like reusable templates, building quick-access folders ⦁ Reduce average time per campaign to ~3 hours or less by: ⦁ Reach 90%+ first-pass approval rate internally. ⦁ Develop visual consistency across series-based emails (retention flows, sale series, holiday series). ⦁ Collaborate confidently with the Creative Director on ideation and feedback loops ⦁ Take full ownership of weekly assignments with minimal oversight. ⦁ Flag potential issues before deadlines (e.g. brand conflicts, unclear direction). The Offer: ⦁ Compensation range: $2,000-$2,400 per month (gross) ⦁ Working hours: 9am-5pm EST (some flexibility is permitted) ⦁ Location: fully remote (LATAM and Europe preferred due to time zone difference) ⦁ Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor Role (Freelance) Hiring Process: 1.
