They work exclusively with eCommerce brands to help them increase revenue sustainably, without relying on paid ads. The team combines deep Klaviyo expertise, conversion-focused design, and strategic retention know-how to deliver impactful results. The Role On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a sharp, organized, and strategic Account Manager to join our growing team. You’ll take the lead on client relationships and oversee retention marketing efforts, from onboarding to execution. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Ownership: Create and manage email/SMS strategies tailored to each client’s brand, product cadence, and performance insights. - Campaign Planning: Build monthly content calendars and align campaigns with launches, seasonality, and past performance. - Copywriting: Write subject lines, preview text, and copy (based on proven SOPs); designers handle visuals and layout. - Client Communication: Be the main point of contact: run weekly calls, share updates, handle approvals, and respond promptly. - Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics and lead ongoing optimization through split testing and data insights. - Internal Collaboration: Work closely with designers, Klaviyo specialists, and ops to ensure flawless execution. KPIs You'll Be Measured On - Client NPS (Net Promoter Score) - Percentage of revenue generated through Klaviyo - Response time to client communications - Email deliverability and engagement metrics - Revenue uplift for clients after you take over their accounts Onboarding & Growth Path - You can expect a structured and supportive onboarding process to set you up for success: - You'll go through recorded training videos, SOPs, and resources to understand how we operate. - Expect daily check-ins for the first 4 weeks, where you’ll review tasks and align on expectations. - You'll start with 2–3 client accounts, then gradually scale up to 7+ clients as you get more comfortable and consistent.
