How does the AI actually rate candidates?

Our AI scores candidates based on how well they match your defined Attributes, Activities, and Technologies, plus their answers to 3 tailored, role-specific questions. You get a simple Yes / Maybe / No shortlist, fast.

Can I trust AI to make hiring decisions?

AI handles the heavy lifting, but every recommendation goes through a human layer of validation (we call it HITL: Human-in-the-Loop). You always make the final call, just with better data.

I’m hiring a contractor, can Jobzzard help with that?

Absolutely. Most of our hires are remote contractors or freelancers. We help you match based on timezone, availability, and work style preferences.

Do I need a full job description to get started?

Not really, though it’s preferred. Our JD Builder can also help you create one in minutes based on the skills and qualities you’re looking for.

Do candidates need a full profile to apply?

No, but we recommend it. Candidates only need to answer 3 short situational questions to be considered, but building a full profile improves their chances of matching with future roles.

Can I contact shortlisted candidates directly?

During beta, you’ll receive the shortlist and we’ll handle introductions. In later versions, you’ll be able to export contact info and keep strong fits in your talent pool.
